Listed on these pages are fiction stories and poetry written by local residents. There are a number of stories and poems to suit all tastes.
When a story is submitted the Librarian will check for the following:
- Minimum word number - 1,000
- Basic grammar and spelling
- Readability - i.e. will the reader be able to read it?
- Paragraphs separated by a blank space
- Sections separated by a line to distinguish the end and start of each section
- No slash or porngraphic stories or poems. This site is rated PG.
Writers are allowed to submit poems of any word length. The same guidelines of basic grammar, spelling and readability also apply here.
You will need to register to post stories and/or poems. When you register you will receive a temporary password that you can change. To register email library@cabshiredirect.com
To find a story - just click Stories under Categories in the menu bar on the right.
To find a poem - just click Poetry under Categories in the menu bar on the right.
